4. Programme Enrolment and Fees

Enrolment process

Enrolment in our programmes is subject to availability and acceptance by United Consortium. Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee a place. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.

Fees and payment

  • All programme fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be received in full before the programme start date, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and debit card
  • Fees are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect enrolments already confirmed

What's included

Programme fees include access to all scheduled teaching sessions, course materials, and, where applicable, assessment and certification. Fees do not include travel, accommodation, meals, or any personal expenses unless explicitly stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by you

  • More than 30 days before start: Full refund, less a £100 administrative fee
  • 15–30 days before start: 50% refund of the programme fee
  • Less than 15 days before start: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person (subject to eligibility) or defer to a future cohort (one deferral permitted)

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a programme for any reason (including insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme or future cohort.

Cooling-off period

If you enrolled as a consumer (i.e., an individual acting outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided the programme has not yet commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our prior written consent. Programme materials are licensed for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Where programmes are described as CPD-accredited or CPD-pending, the following applies:

  • CPD certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of programme requirements, including attendance and any assessments
  • CPD hours stated are indicative and subject to the accrediting body's final determination
  • We make no guarantee that CPD hours earned will be accepted by your particular employer, professional body, or regulatory authority — it is your responsibility to verify this in advance
  • Certificates remain the property of United Consortium and may be revoked if obtained through fraud or misrepresentation

8. User Conduct

Participants in our programmes are expected to:

  • Behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants
  • Attend sessions punctually and participate constructively
  • Respect the confidentiality of case studies, discussions, and other participants' personal information
  • Not record, photograph, or broadcast any session without prior written consent
